James Devers
James Devers is the newly appointed Executive Head Chef at Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, bringing his 20 years of domestic and international luxury culinary experience to the culinary offering. Starting his journey at 16, studying a Culinary Arts degree at Galway Mayo Institute of Technology, where he earned a silver medal for Student Chef of the Year. By his early twenties, he had secured his first Head Chef role, a demonstration of his talent and passion. At Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, James aims to redefine their dining offering with a modern culinary philosophy that will see premium Irish produce a focus on the menus.

General Manager at Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort, Darren is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to hotel operations.
