Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an early check-in as it depends on the occupancy levels from the evening before. If a room is available upon your arrival, we will be sure to check you in or alternatively we can store your luggage until a room becomes available. No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets. However, guide dogs are permitted at the hotel.

Yes, we sell gift vouchers both online and in the hotel. You can purchase a gift voucher directly on our website which can be redeemed on all of our facilities throughout the hotel and our golf club.

Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort operates a strict non-smoking policy. Therefore, all bedrooms are completely non-smoking and fitted with smoke alarms. However, we do have designated outdoor smoking areas to accommodate guests who wish to smoke.

Yes, we offer private on-site parking. 

Our private Car Park is located on the grounds of the hotel.

In our ongoing efforts to become more sustainable, we have stopped using small bottles of shampoo and body-wash and have introduced wall mounted dispensers in all our guest bathrooms. The new dispensing system meets high environmental standards and reduces the quantity of daily disposable waste. We have carefully selected a range of products from Irish-American designer Paul Costelloe, one of the most established names in British and Irish fashion. He has launched a collection of luxury amenities which we know you will love. The  hand-wash is enriched with Aloe Vera and scented with cornflower while the hair and body wash is enriched with Oat and Oryza Sativa.

All our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea /coffee making facilities.

In order to make a reservation, you must enter your credit or debit card as a guarantee. However, the card used to guarantee the reservation does not need to be the card used at the hotel. If booking an advanced purchase rate, the card will be charged at the time of booking, but no other reservation will be charged prior to arrival. A credit card will need to be presented to the front desk upon check-in for room and incidental charges.

Yes, our newly refurbished Fairways Restaurant is located on our first floor and offers panoramic views of our 18 Hole Championship Golf Course and meadowlands.

Yes, our Brasserie Bar is situated on our ground floor and offers an appetising menu.

The Brasserie Bar is open from 10am – 12.30am daily.

Yes weddings are our speciality. Our team are absolute experts in perfecting every detail. The resort comprises the stunning 18th-century manor house and is complemented by a luxury 4-star hotel with 2 holiday lodges. We can host weddings for both small and large numbers, the maximum capacity being 250 guests for dinner. We also offer a selection of ceremony suites if you wish to take your vows within the grounds, a diverse range of  wedding packages. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellations must be made before 4 pm 48 hours prior to your arrival. All non-arrivals, Advanced Purchase packages and cancellations after this time will incur charges.
