Hi Lillian

Myself and Ed have finally settled back into work and I just wanted to send an email to you all at Tulfarris to thank you for your hard work in the preparation for our wedding. From start to finish, the warmth and friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff we dealt with was exceptional.

I’d like to first of all thank yourself, Kathryn and Ann-Marie for all of the email correspondence that you replied to so quickly throughout the planning. Yourself and Kathryn were extremely helpful and understanding regarding the planning of the wedding and any changes that we made were dealt with so swiftly. And with so many changes to the bedrooms for our guests (we sent a lot of emails back and forth) Ann-Marie was outstanding at ensuring everyone was accommodated.

We’d also like to say a big thank you to Susan for being so patient and showing ourselves, our parents and bridal party around the hotel (3 times!). Susan was tremendously friendly, courteous and helpful throughout, including the day after the wedding. The reception room and the Manor House both looked fabulous when we arrived. We had a vision of what it might be like, but this was surpassed.

On the day itself, Derek was an immense help to us and made everything run like clockwork. His attention to detail is second to none. We had no worries at any time and whenever we had a question or request, he appeared immediately and sorted everything out in a flash.

To the Chef, we would like to say the food was simply beautiful. All of our guests commented on the high standards shown by the kitchen and the warm cider went down a treat too. The Waiting and Bar staff were also fantastic. Our guests have commented on how friendly, attentive and helpful they were, which was wonderful to hear. We’ve been to many weddings in the past year and have not received service like it.

All in all, we had a fabulous day and just wanted to send this email to reiterate our thanks to you all. There were never any issues in the build up or throughout the weekend and for that, we are extremely grateful. Our guests had a truly wonderful time and are still talking about the hotel and the staff.

So thank you all again and we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year
